Service Delivery
- Services are delivered at the date and time confirmed in the booking
- The indicated duration of each treatment is approximate and may vary based on clinical assessment
- Maison Oolong reserves the right to substitute the assigned practitioner in cases of illness, emergency, or force majeure, while ensuring equivalent quality of service
- Certain medical aesthetic protocols (Morpheus8, HIFU, laser) require a mandatory preliminary consultation — no service will be performed without prior assessment
Warranties & Results
Maison Oolong undertakes an obligation of means, not of results. Aesthetic results are inherently variable depending on the individual's biological profile, lifestyle, age, skin type, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.
No financial guarantee of aesthetic result is offered. The outcome of treatments is presented as indicative only, based on average clinical data.
A mandatory preliminary consultation is required for all medical aesthetic protocols in order to verify contraindications and establish a personalized treatment plan.
Responsibilities
Client responsibilities:
- Provide complete and accurate health information (allergies, medications, conditions, pregnancy, implants) prior to any treatment
- Follow post-treatment care instructions provided by the practitioner
- Inform Maison Oolong of any change in health status between booking and appointment
Maison Oolong's liability is excluded or limited in the event of an adverse reaction resulting from information withheld by the client, non-compliance with post-treatment instructions, or a pre-existing contraindication not disclosed during consultation.
Intellectual Property
- Before/after photographs: remain the property of the client. Use by Maison Oolong (portfolio, social media, marketing) requires prior written consent
- Treatment methodologies, proprietary protocols, and formulations developed by Maison Oolong are its exclusive intellectual property
- The Maison Oolong brand name, logo, and associated visual identity elements are protected trademarks
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disaster, pandemic, government-ordered closure, fire, flood, strike, or power failure.
In the event of force majeure, Maison Oolong will prioritize rescheduling clients at the earliest available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued.
Disputes & Mediation
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be sought first. Please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue.
If no amicable resolution is reached, clients may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec (OPC): opc.gouv.qc.ca
The competent courts are those of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec. The applicable law is the law of the Province of Quebec.
Changes to These Terms
Maison Oolong reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking or purchase prevails for that transaction.
Material changes affecting active memberships will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
